Nose
Coastal sea breeze and mineral salinity lead, followed by elegant citrus peel, soft vanilla and honeyed sweetness.
Palate
Full and smooth. Bright citrus, ripe pear and honeycomb unfold in layers, with a rounded malt character at the centre.
Finish
Medium to long, with coastal salinity and gentle oak spice receding into a warm, softly sweet finish.
