The Whisky Firm Shenzhen Is Now Open
The Whisky Firm has officially opened its new bar in Shenzhen, marking a new chapter for a brand whose story began with hospitality.
Founded in 2020 with its first whisky bar and private club in Qingdao, The Whisky Firm later evolved into an independent bottler and cask specialist. The Shenzhen venue brings that journey full circle, combining a specialist bar with the brand’s passion for independent bottling and single-cask whisky.
The opening was attended by Simon Aron, founder of Cask Trade, alongside collectors, industry friends and local whisky enthusiasts. The opening evening brought together collectors, industry friends and whisky enthusiasts from across southern China.
Guests can explore more than 200 independent bottlings from around the world. The venue is also an SMWS Member Venue, offering members a dedicated setting in which to enjoy the Society’s single-cask releases.
The Whisky Firm Shenzhen is now open, creating a new home for independent whisky culture in southern China.
